Group Badges

These ones can only be obtained if you are a member of that group or promoted to that group.

Administration Badge (The Brandsters)

Forum Host Badge (The Ponderosa Patrol)

Advanced Member Badge (Ropers and Ropers R) can be earned by posting at least 50 times.

New Member Badge (Ranch Hands and Ranch Hands R)

Honorary Members (The Companeros) - former Brandsters and members who have made a significant contribution to the site but have had to move on for personal reasons.

Contribution Badges

These badges are earned by contributing and doing different things on the site. Anyone can earn these badges.

Features
If you run a feature on the board such as a POD, episode review, quote of the day, etc...

All features must be Bonanza oriented or oriented around other TV shows that the actors did so long as there is a subforum for it and that they are the primary focus of that feature. They can include PODs, episode reviews, lesson tutorials, script studies, etc...

Picture Posse
If you upload screen caps or scanned photos to the Gallery.
a: Only images posted in the Gallery are awarded a badge. If you only post links to images in a private album or another website, they do not qualify you for a badge.
b: Please use only screencaps that you have capped yourself or scanned images that you privately own or got permission from the owner to use.

4R (Referrals)
If you refer a new member to Bonanza Brand. R4 stands for Red Rock Rim Referral (or as the Adam girls like "Right is the 4th R").

Fanart
If you've designed and posted a piece of artwork.
a: All forms of fanart are allowed so long as it's Bonanza oriented or oriented around other TV shows that the guys did so long as there is a subforum for it and they are the primary focus of that piece of work.
b: Forms of artwork... (Please remember that they must be posted on the board in a thread or uploaded to the Main Gallery.
c: CGI (Computer Generated Images) such as wallpapers, banners, emoticons, avatars, etc...
d: Drawings, paintings that are scanned onto the computer or photographs of them are scanned onto the computer.
e: Drawings and artwork done on electronic drawing tablets such as Wacom or Adesso.
f: Advanced collages so long as they are visually enhanced. What I mean by that is not just images put together but built upon with graphical changes, text, organized a certain way or combined.
g: Scanned photographs of ceramic sculptures, costume replicas or other 3D art pieces that obviously cannot be scanned themselves.

Multimedia
For posting links to videos and audio that you have created. These links should be in Video and Audio Design forum.

Bully Badge
A badge for members who volunteer for jobs that are one time contributions e.g. actor's birthdays. Bully means "Well done, good job, good for you." - in the way Teddy Roosevelt said it.

Firsts Badge
A badge for members who participate in board firsts e.g. first officially hosted chat.

Hop Sing's Kitchen
A badge for members who contribute recipes to Hop Sing's Kitchen.

A badge for members who contribute recipes to the new cookbook.

Blue Stocking (Fanfiction)
If you write a fanfic and post it either in the library or one of our two fanfic forums...
a: The fanfic can be Bonanza or Ponderosa oriented only. We are currently not accepting fanfiction based around other roles the actors played but it is being considered. However crossover fics from Bonanza or Ponderosa to those other shows are allowed.
b: It can be in any language or rating but must be posted in either the multilingual forum of the language it's written in, the library or the Virginia City Literary Society forum.

Luddy Mussy! (R Rated Fanfiction)
For spicy R rated story contributors.

Otherwise known as the R Forum Caption Contest. This competition is held on a monthly basis. Involves members putting a caption to a screencap from one of the episodes. The winner is chosen by poll.

BRANDO
Our version of Bingo using words associated with Bonanza. Held approximately 4 times a year.

Spoke in the Wheel
This competition is held once per month. During one week a set of pictures each day, from Monday to Friday is posted. Members have to look closely and see if you can find the two differences between each set every day. Whoever has the most correct answers is the winner!

Cowboy Up!
This competition is held each once each season. A question is posted each day for one month. At the end of the month, whoever has the most correct answers is the winner!

Brandlines Scavenger Hunt
This competition has been held a few times and involved searching the internet for links to sites with information about Bonanza, the actors and anybody else associated with the show.
