Embedding YouTube Videos
You can embed any YouTube videos you wish to on the board: the code is [youtube]filename[/youtube]

To do this - when you go to YouTube you will see a dialog box labelled Embed on the right hand side. When you look at this box you will see something like this (without the asterisks * )...

For example: <*object width="425" height="350"*><*param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5_L44wATm74"*><*/param*><*param name="wmode" value="transparent"*><*/param*><*embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5_L44wATm74" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"*><*/embed*><*/object*>

What you get is the code at end of *http://www.youtube.com/v/5_L44wATm74. Copy and paste this filename (in bold) between the youtube tags.

You can also center it if you wish to do so using the [center][/center] tags. If you do it correctly you should get this...

How to Post Jigzone Puzzles
When you go to Jigzone and make your puzzle you have a number of options of how to embed into another site. The example I am going to use is the Fixed Size one but the others should work.
When you copy the link you get this code...
