The Bonanza Brand website and message board are owned by the Brandsters. At no time will the owner or the management of BB approach members for monetary donations of any kind. There will also be no advertising on this site. All costs and upgrades are funded by the owners.

Artwork, fanfiction or any other creative work created by a member is their property and cannot be posted or uploaded to other websites without the permission of that member. If the artwork, fanfiction or other creative was first posted here, it remains exclusive to Bonanza Brand unless the artist, author, etc. gives permission for it to be used elsewhere.

If a creative work that was originally posted here is found at another website, we will check if the artist, author, etc. has given their permission for it to be used elsewhere on the internet. If permission has not been given, we will take steps to see that the artwork, fanfiction, etc is removed from the other site.

Seeking permission before you upload the creative work to another site is a way of protecting the hard work done by the artist, author, etc. It also stops people taking credit for work done by members.
